Responsibilities:
- Maintain Operations Data
Keep track of crucial operational data, including time management and production results. Prepare regular management reports regarding packing performance.
- Schedule Management
Prepare and oversee the packing schedule to ensure smooth operations. Maintain a safety stock of finished goods to meet production demands.
- SOP Compliance
Ensure adherence to the packing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Keep documentation up to date and maintain accurate records.
- Equipment Adjustment
Proficiently operate and adjust packing scales and machinery as needed to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Quality Control
Promptly halt packaging operations in the event of non-compliance or deviations from quality standards. Address maintenance issues as they arise.
- Product Hold
Implement holds on products if any deviations are identified, and do not release them until quality control instructions are received.
- Supervisory Role
Evaluate the performance of subordinate staff and provide guidance and counseling as needed. Recommend disciplinary actions for any significant mistakes and maintain proper records for evidence.
Other Duties:
- Actively participate in and contribute to all required meetings.
- Fulfill any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
