If you join our team as a waiter or waitress, you’ll be front and center, dealing directly with our customers. One of your primary duties will be to keep the eating room neat. Job Responsibilities for Waitstaff:
Provide friendly service by greeting guests, guiding them through menu options, and fielding their queries.
Make the diner’s experience a pleasant one by attending to his or her every demand in a timely manner and doing it with a smile.
Keep the eating room neat and tidy by emptying and rearranging tables as needed.
Maintain an air of utmost professionalism as you address client enquiries and concerns, working to ensure their complete satisfaction and resolving any problems that may occur.
Coordinate efforts with the kitchen and the bar to guarantee timely and flawless order fulfillment.
Job Requirements for Waitstaff:
Accepting applicants between the ages of 18 and 38 who are citizens of the Philippines, Nepal, India, Sri Lanka or Pakistan.
One year of relevant work experience is preferred.
Candidates who have worked in a healthcare catering or hospital setting will be given priority.
