Office Assistant:
As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of the office. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of administrative tasks, assisting colleagues, managing office supplies, and fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.
- Assist in managing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and spreadsheets as needed.
- Front Desk Reception
- Welcome and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the relevant personnel.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room reservations.
- Office Organization
- Organize and maintain a tidy office environment, including common areas and meeting rooms.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions.
- Assistance to Staff
- Assist colleagues with administrative tasks or projects as needed.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and special projects.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
