As a Hotel Booking Agent, you’ll be responsible for helping guests make reservations at hotels, answering their questions, and making sure their stay goes off without a hitch. Description:

Helping clients make reservations for hotel rooms will be your priority as a Hotel Booking Agent, whether you interact with them in person, over the phone, or through any number of digital mediums. Customers will initially contact you, and you will be responsible for informing them about the hotel’s facilities, services, and rules. In addition, you’ll deal with questions and complaints from customers about payments, changes, and cancellations. If you work in a fast-paced setting, your great communication skills and attention to detail will serve you well.

Responsibilities:

Help guests reserve hotel rooms in person, over the phone, or on the website.   

Provide timely and accurate responses to guests’ questions about the hotel’s facilities, services, and policies.   

Provide prompt and courteous assistance to guests experiencing difficulties with hotel reservations, such as requests for refunds or changes to existing reservations.   

Handle hotel bookings and payments with meticulous precision.   

Hotel bookings and stock should be kept in an up-to-date database.   

Coordinate well with other sections of the hotel to provide excellent service and happy guests.   

Help out as much as you can with event preparation and management.

Requirements:

A background in sales, customer service, or hotel bookings is a plus.   

Superior command of English, Arabic, and Hindi allows you to interact fluently with a wide variety of clients.   

Excellent record-keeping and data-entry skills via meticulous attention to detail.   

Possessing the versatility and adaptability to perform effectively under pressure.   

Ability to think like a customer and provide outstanding service.   

Capability with computers and online reservation systems.
