Job Description Flower Coordinator & Bouquets:
Your primary role as the Flower Coordinator and Bouquets will be to monitor and manage the guiding and packing of our stunning flower arrangements and gift packages within our business. You will play an important part in curating beautiful and meaningful gifts for our loyal customers, enhancing their special occasions.
Responsibilities:
Based on customer preferences and events, I create magnificent and one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, bouquets, and gift packages.
Maintaining the shop’s inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and gift items at all times to ensure a broad and appealing variety.
Working with customers to understand their individual needs and provide expert advise on flower arrangements and gift combinations.
Ensure proper flower care and handling to ensure freshness and quality.
Managing the packaging and presentation of presents to ensure they meet our high standards.
To maintain a consistent supply of flowers and gift goods, keep an eye on stock levels and coordinate with suppliers.
Maintaining the shop’s cleanliness, organization, and visual attractiveness in order to create a welcome environment for customers.
Assisting with the shop’s daily operations, such as sales, questions, and customer support.
Requirements:
Prior expertise in floral arranging, gift coordination, or a related job is strongly preferred.
Strong creative ability and a love of working with flowers and gifts.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to properly deal with customers.
Ability to function in a fast-paced atmosphere while handling various duties with precision.
As this work entails communication with a wide range of consumers, you must be fluent in both English and Arabic.
A positive attitude and a desire to collaborate with the team are required.
Working hours must be flexible, since some weekend and holiday shifts may be required.
