Responsibilities:
As a Housekeeping Staff member, you will be responsible for a range of tasks to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of our premises, particularly in our restaurant. Your responsibilities include:
- Performing various cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing, including cleaning restaurant windows.
- Ensuring toilets are well-maintained and meet our high standards of cleanliness.
- Safeguarding equipment and promptly reporting any damages, deficits, or disturbances.
- Monitoring and replenishing consumable supplies.
- Strictly adhering to health and safety regulations and company-specific practices.
- Assisting and interacting with guests when required.
- Conducting inspections of rooms and common areas, ensuring they meet cleanliness standards.
- Scheduling shifts and arranging replacements in cases of staff absence.
- Establishing and educating staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards.
- Motivating team members and resolving any job-related issues.
Qualifications for Housekeeping Attendant:
We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:
- Ensures appropriate behavior and impeccable presentation of staff under their responsibility.
- Informs, listens to, consults, and involves the team in the life of the hotel and network, allocating responsibility as appropriate.
- Previous housekeeping, cleaning, and customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in all temperatures and weather conditions.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing, and understanding), and knowledge of another language is a plus.
