Responsibilities:

1. General Cleaning Tasks:

• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a pristine environment.
• Dust furniture, paying attention to detail for a polished and welcoming atmosphere.
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture for a fresh and inviting space.

2. Bedroom Maintenance:

• Make beds and change sheets to uphold the highest standards of comfort for our guests.
• Distribute clean towels and toiletries to maintain a well-stocked and organized room.
• Stock linen closet efficiently to ensure a seamless workflow.

3. Kitchen and Bathroom Maintenance:

• Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances for a sanitary environment.
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of elevators for the safety and comfort of our guests.

4. Guest Services:

• Handle and report lost and found items promptly and professionally.
• Attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items with a courteous and helpful demeanor.
• Provide basic information on facilities to enhance the guest experience.

5. Overall Maintenance:

• Pick up debris and empty trash containers regularly for a clean and organized resort.
• Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a fresh and aesthetically pleasing environment.
• Clean changing rooms and showers to uphold hygiene standards.

6. Customer Service:

• Address customers’ complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive guest experience.
