Responsibilities:
As a Food Counter Attendant at Cafe Mak Ltd., you will be responsible for several tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our food service. Your primary duties will include:
- Keeping accurate records of the quantities of food used
- Packaging take-out food with attention to presentation and hygiene
- Portioning and wrapping foods for customer orders
- Preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items according to established recipes
- Serving customers at counters or buffet tables with a friendly and customer-focused approach
- Stocking refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace
- Using manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs as needed
This job requires that you perform various tasks to make sure that our food service runs smoothly.
