Job Details for Food Service Supervisor:

Responsibilities:

Your main duties as a food service supervisor will be to:

Create efficient work schedule-meeting strategies. 

directing and coordinating the work of the staff members who prepare and portion the food. 

giving employees instruction on job responsibilities, sanitary standards, and safety practices. 

calculating and purchasing the supplies and ingredients needed for food preparation. 

ensuring that criteria for food service and quality control are constantly met. 

addressing client grievances or issues in a timely and professional manner. 

keeping thorough records of purchases, repairs, sales, and waste. 

preparing and presenting to management the necessary reports.
