Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and hand out menus upon their arrival.
- Take accurate meal and beverage orders from customers and transmit them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Provide recommendations from the menu and inform patrons of any specials or promotional items.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain communication with the kitchen to guarantee efficient service.
- Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any concerns or issues promptly and courteously.
- Process payments and issue bills at the end of the meal.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this job can range between AED 2,000 and AED 3,999 per month depending on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, the company will cover your accommodation, food, and visa expenses.
