As an Accounts / Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing general administrative support. Your tasks will include data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation to ensure the smooth functioning of our operations.
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining executives’ schedules, arranging appointments, and coordinating meetings and conferences. Your organizational skills will be vital in keeping our team on track.
Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence, will be a key part of your role. You will ensure that messages are relayed accurately and promptly to the relevant parties.
Prepare and edit reports, memos, and other documents as requested by the team. Additionally, you will maintain an organized filing system for important documents, ensuring easy access when needed.
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant colleagues.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Ordering and maintaining stock of office supplies to support day-to-day operations.
- Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships.
